HI! My name is Darren. Ex-chef and father to 2 amazing kids. 

After 3 years of being a full time stay-at-home dad it was time to get back to work.

My time with my children taught me just how precious time with them is, so I decided to create a business that meant I could be with them as much as possible, they could assist me with as they got older, ultimately something I could pass onto them but also help others like myself spend more time with their kids.

After a lot of ideas, trial & error and some ups & downs I landed on the idea to make seasoning blends. 
My inspiration came from my time as a chef but also from my time as a father. The feedback I have received from other parents is that not only are cooking tutorials too complicated ( even tho they claim to be "easy' ) more often than not they require a lot of ingredients, time, preparation, equipment and always ending with a pile of dishes to do!

..and so T&A was born.

T&A seasoning blends are so versatile they can enhance any dish and when used in the right way open up the doors to almost infinite possibilities that are quick, easy, tasty and don't require you spend hours cleaning up after yourself.

They are so versatile in fact, I have started an Instagram and TikTok page (@tanda.foods) that I will run indefinitely helping all cooks create amazing dishes at home with ease, so they too can spend more time doing the things that matter to them the most.

T & A is Travis and April, my greatest achievement.
